The Gulf Stream Civic Association provides residents an opportunity to be involved in making the Town a better place to live. Founded in 1956, GSCA is the second oldest such association in Palm Beach County. Roughly three quarters of all owner-occupied households are members. Modest dues are generally invested in projects relating to beautification, safety, and protection of property values. The Association also provides a forum for residents to stay informed on local issues, and to provide input to elected officials on matters of importance to the community.
